The health, safety and welfare of our staff, service users and the public is always at the forefront of our philosophy of care. We are closely monitoring the Covid-19 situation and react daily to changes, in order to help reduce the risk of anyone contracting Covid-19.
Our staff undertake regular, robust infection control training and hand washing supervision. They are vigilant towards personal hygiene and have access to appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times. Staff and Service Users receive regular updates on any changes to daily routines.
We recognise the vulnerability of our Service Users and will continue to shield them by wearing masks until the national risk of Covid-19 infection is eradicated.
We acknowledge that this is a very difficult time for everyone but we want to reassure everyone that we are available to continue your support in the community and will keep you informed of any changes that may occur as a result of Covid-19.
